What does "$249 first run" actually include?
Everything in the Plan above. One JD in, full prep package out by Friday: research brief, eleven-dimension Fit & Gap, tailored resume cleared past the seven major ATSs at 85+, cover letter with gap-pre-empt structure, interview prep pack with STAR library tied to your real stories, and thank-you templates per interviewer. The $249 is the universal first-run price — subsequent single runs are $499.
How fast is "Friday"?
Forty-eight hours from a clean intake. If we receive your JD and resume by 9 a.m. Tuesday, your full package is in your inbox by 9 a.m. Friday. The DWY tier moves to 36 hours. The DFY tier moves to 24 hours.
Who actually reviews my package?
Tina. Every package gets a one-hour reading-the-room overlay from a frontline operator with twenty-plus years in operations and transformation roles at ADP, UKG, Cartus, Equifax, and Purchasing Power. The Fit & Gap engine produces the score. The human catches what the score can't.
Can I bring my own coach?
Yes. The Concierge produces written artifacts — the Fit & Gap report, the coaching scripts, the prep pack — that any coach can use. Plenty of buyers run the Concierge alongside an existing relationship. The artifacts make the coaching hour ten times more useful.
Why is this priced below outplacement?
Because the tooling let me restructure the workflow. What used to take six specialists thirty hours to deliver, the Concierge ships in roughly forty-five minutes of agent time plus one hour of human review. The savings flow straight to you. Outplacement firms can't match this without breaking their cost base — that's their problem, not yours.
